As a creative entrepreneur and founder of both brick and mortar and digitally born  fashion and lifestyle brands, it’s my mission to bring your brand story into a visual reality. DNYDawn of New York, founded by Isabella Dawn Notaro; an International Fashion & Lifestyle Brand Consultant, successfully navigates clients through the complex stages of development - focused on visual identity. Starting with initial color, to original branded content development, establishing a core identity, the product launch and then creating a digital strategy and campaign roll out to impact across all channels.

With over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, Dawn leads and safeguards design and quality assurance for international exploratory campaigns, manufacturing and production. With more than a decade of retail ownership in the brick and mortar space, as well as a partnership with a manufacturer to form an online modest clothing brand, Dawn is skilled at bridging the gap of online and in-store experience creating an overall seamless brand experience.

Dawn’s continued work as a fashion stylist and creative director for photo shoots and video campaigns solidify her clients' branding, who have come to rely on her strategies to create original content for website layouts, digital campaigns, social media posts, and fashion shows - both in person and virtually. Her notable clientele include Estee Lauder, Smirnoff, Marie Claire, Billboard, Glamour, Style Network, E! Entertainment Television (E!), and Bravo TV among others.

A skilled strategist Dawn engages authentically with a mission-oriented approach. Incorporating her clients' ideas, along with industry innovations, she establishes a brand's cohesive visual identity, value system and market placement. This allows her clients to communicate their stories to the world in an impactful way that leaves a lasting impression.

An adjunct professor at Parsons The New School and Fashion Institute of Technology, Dawn especially enjoys working with emerging talent and helping to shape their entry and impact on the market. She has created Fashion modules in Technology, Media and Innovation for Hochschule Fresenius, Akademie Mode & Design, La Grande École de Mode à Paris in collaboration with Berkeley College, and has taught or lectured for Long Island University, New York School of Design and Southern New Hampshire University.

Dawn has a Masters of Global Fashion Management from Fashion Institute of Technology and which included rigorous study abroad at Institut Français de la Mode in Paris, France and Hong Kong's Polytechnic University and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Fashion Institute of Technology with Polimoda in Florence, Italy for my Bachelors Degree.
